Cleaning Services may be scheduled by appointment with 24 hours notice or through our 24/7 Emergency Cleaning services.

Katy's Cleaning Services are available for scheduling 7 days per week from 9 a.m-4 p.m. The following rates apply for these times:

Individually rented rooms:  start at $40.00

Studios and Efficiencies:     start at $50.00

1 bedroom apartments:       start at $65.00

2 bedroom apartments:       start at $75.00

3 bedroom apartments        start at $100.00

Full Houses:                        start at $150.00

Basements may also be cleaned at additional charge

24/7 Emergency Cleaning is a service provided for students who must move from one apartment to another during the short semester breaks, landlords and property managers who have same-day move-ins or last-minute resident transfers. 24/7 Emergency Cleaning services are available anytime day or evening. An additional premium of $15.00 per apartment will be charged. No notice is required for this service, simply call!
